Your events are in compliance with fee transparency regulations.

Various new state and Federal legislation might have you wondering if your events are in compliance with fee transparency laws. At See Tickets, we always show your customers each element of their purchase, including fees, in a transparent fashion as required by statute. You have three ways to display your fees:

  • Separated, showing the exact division of fees for each ticket
  • Combined into the service fee, bucketing your fees and our fees into one service fee line item
  • All fees combined into the face value, showing one “all in” price for each ticket
  • Note: shipping and taxes are specifically excluded from the display requirements

In each of these cases, all fees are transparently shown to ensure a clear and straightforward purchasing process.

Thank you for your continued trust in us.

Chargeback Notifications Update

To reduce the burden on your inbox, we've temporarily turned off chargeback notification emails.

However, you can always see details of your chargeback tickets in two places:

  1. Live Stats > Details, under “Reversals” section (at the bottom of the page)
  2. Order Detail view: Event Sales Summary by Order Date” report - Access this report by going to your Client Dashboard > ANALYZE menu section > Stats/Reports > Event Sales Summary by Order Date.

Feel free to refer to the Credit Card Chargebacks article for more details.

Questions? Please reach out to your Client Service Manager.

Are you using GA4 yet?

As of July 1, 2024, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) has officially replaced Universal Analytics and GA360.

To ensure continuous data tracking, update your Google Tag Manager container to include GA4 tracking and events.

Note: if you have already updated to GA4, no action is required. For assistance, reach out to marketing@seetickets.us.
