Getting Started
The See Tickets Box Office Android App is compatible to connect via Bluetooth with all Boca printers (with Bluetooth capabilities) deployed to our venues. After you select an event, you will notice a hardware connectivity status section on the top left of the screen:
First time pairing the printer
Printers can take up to 5 attempts to connect when pairing for the first time. You will receive an error saying that "pairing could not be done". Try again. It can be 2, 3, 4 and up to 5 times, before the printer is paired.
- Turn on the printer
- Pair the printer to the tablet
- Go to Settings → Connections → Bluetooth (on) → Available Devices, you will find the printer as “Boca123456”.
- Tap on the Boca printer, observe the pairing message.
- You might get an error: “Couldn’t connect”. This is normal, now you should tap again up to 5 times.
- If after 5 attempts the printer doesn’t pair:
- Unplug the printer and plug it back in again. Make sure the printer is on.
- Turn the bluetooth setting off and back on.
