Demographics
We are now leveraging Google Maps for our Demographics page. By using Google Maps, we can now zoom in on a map to see ticket purchases by state, region and even zip code. This map is also available for international clients.
All demographics data can be filtered by date range. This is pulled from a combination of Facebook login data (a lot of users prefer to login with Facebook when they purchase) + billing information and census data. It’s more of a snap shot of demographic information. If the customer has a birthdate or gender filled out on Facebook it will show up on the data manager information as well.
The Client Dashboard version provides demographics for all events on a client account.
Setting: Client Dashboard > Analyze > Demographics
