Equipment Rentals
Please contact your Client Service Manager to rent equipment for your event. Please make the request at least four weeks prior to your event to allow See Tickets to book the equipment for you. All equipment loans are subject to availability.
You will need to provide shipping information to a location and individual that will be available to sign for delivery. Name, receiving address, and direct phone number of the specific recipient are required for shipping.
Equipment Loan Agreement
Upon receiving equipment from See Tickets, check that each item is present per the list in the loan agreement provided. Please report any missing or visibly damaged equipment to your Client Service Manager immediately. Once all equipment is counted as present, please initial and sign the loan agreement as instructed, and return it to your See Client Service Manager.
Equipment Storage
Please keep equipment in a secure, safe, and dry location. Be conscious of storage where extreme heat may be possible, as it could cause damage.
Equipment Return
A FedEx return shipping label is included with the equipment. If you do not see that a return label has been provided, please reach out to your Client Service Manager. Equipment must be return-shipped the next available business day after the event. The return shipping date will be listed on the equipment rental agreement. If you are unable to return the equipment on the date listed on the agreement, please contact your Client Service Manager as soon as possible to schedule a different return date.
Box Office and On-site Equipment
Wireless Handheld Scanners
Used in conjunction with the See Tickets box office app to scan barcodes and QR codes on Print@Home tickets, either printed out or displayed on an electronic device. The scanner must be connected to Wi-Fi to be able to recognize and validate a barcode/QR code. These scanners need to charge periodically if used for more than a few hours at a time.

Handheld Scanner Charging Sled
Ensure they are properly inserted into the slot. The charging sleds are a good way to avoid lots of wiring during hectic festivals. Each sled requires only one power cable to charge 5 handhelds. Once handhelds are inserted on the sled, note that the red light indicates they are currently charging and the green light indicates they are charged.
Handheld Scanner 2.0
The handheld 2.0 is made up of a iPhone SE and a Mophie-brand battery pack case. This handheld utilizes the camera only- no RFID scanning; it is strictly for use at venues. The camera scan on the iPhone is rapid. If left too long on one barcode, it may double scan.
USB Barcode Scanners
Used in conjunction with the See Tickets box office software to scan barcodes and QR codes on Print@Home tickets, either printed out or displayed on an electronic device. The scanners connect to a laptop or desktop computer via a USB port. They can be used with a stand for contactless scanning or be held by a staff member.
Card Swipes
A small device that connects to a computer/laptop via a USB port. Used with the See Tickets box office software, mostly to swipe credit cards for these reasons:
- Taking payment for a ticket sale
- Locating a pre-paid order to be issued at Will Call
- Finding an order in the customer support screen to resolve an issue
Credit card swipes can also be used to load a ticket onto a magnetic card (mag card) as another ticket fulfillment option.
RFID Scanners
A small device that connects to a computer/laptop via a USB port. Generally used with the See Tickets box office software. Uses include:
- Scanning an RFID Chip on a wristband as a form of access control at an event
- Loading tickets onto RFID wristband chips
- Searching for a ticket in the Customer Service screen
Laptops
See Tickets use laptops for the following box office/on site functions:
- Selling Tickets

- Printing Tickets
Venue Laptops
These laptops are sent to venues only, unless requested for a specific event/festival. This is a 300e 2nd Gen Lenovo laptop. They are compatible with our See Tickets Box Office Printer App and with BOCA Printers, which we use to print hard-copy tickets.

BOCA Lemur-S Printers
For printing ticket stock, See Tickets uses BOCA Lemur-S printers.
BOCA Lemur Printers
Smaller than the Lemur-S model for box offices that have limited space.
Works just as good as the Lemur-S.
Supplementary Equipment
Anker Charging Hub
A charging hub that plugs into an electrical outlet, with one or more USB ports used for charging the wireless handheld scanners. 1,2,4,5, and 6 ports are available.
USB Hubs
These are used most often at festivals to connect several pieces of equipment to one laptop. They should never be used to charge phones or handhelds.
Ethernet Adapters
A USB device that adds an ethernet port to a computer that does not have one built-in.
Ticket Stock
One stack = 1,000 tickets and one box = 10,000 tickets. Formatted to See Tickets standards, these paper tickets are used with the BOCA Lemur-series printers to print tickets for events, using the WBBO system.
