FAQs
Q: Where do I tag my Event?
A: To ensure your event is included, be sure to tag your event in the SeeTickets platform including the name of the associated greater metropolitan area (see example below - Event Tags). If your event is not in a close proximity to one of the regions we use, it may not be included, but may be eligible for a solo Fan Email Marketing email blast.

Q: Can you share results of the See Tickets marketing efforts for our event including email marketing newsletters? front page? sms marketing? social media?
A: See Tickets has significant audience reach in the form of our front page, email newsletters and social channels. We're excited to deploy these marketing assets to promote events on behalf of our clients, and we work hard to measure our success and maximize our impact. As the assets we are deploying are ours alone, assessment of the effectiveness of those campaigns remains for our internal measurement only and are not shared with clients.
